EPISODE ONE: "Exciting New Positions"
EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
There are some hot openings in Urology-- will our boys be able to fill them?
Ambitious med students Mark, Marc and Jim interview for a spot in New York City's top urology program.
Mark Weston, a jock from UT Austin, could be a good resident if he kicks that nasty cocaine habit. Marc Merriman, a urology nerd from Harvard, is excited to run into Mark, who he met on the interview circuit. And Jim Gable, a social butterfly from UC Berkely, is eager to get his hands dirty in the exam room and party it up with his fellow residents.
It's the final round of interviews, and the pressure is on.
EPISODE TWO: "Come Out Tonight"
EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
Alcohol is a social lubricant, and these doctors are all greased up.
It's the night before rounds begin, and Jim has invited the new Urology residents to his favorite bar for a mixer.
Marc M. wonders if Mark W. remembers the first time they met... and learns something unexpected about his new colleague. Jim falls for a surprising hottie in the bathroom line. We also meet Casey, Marc's lesbian roommate.
Oh, and somebody gets lucky.
EPISODE THREE: "Taking It All In"

It's long and hard and the boys have been dying for it.... their first day has arrived!
The new urology residents navigate the ups and downs of a typical day at the hospital. Jim scores a ringside seat for his favorite surgery, while Marc M. tries to forget the drama of last night's mixer. Plus, fellow interns Amy and Eddie have some first day plans of their own.
Oh, and about last night... Mark W. has a confession to make.
EPISODE FOUR: "An Unexpected Foursome"
EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
Two's company, three's a crowd, and four is a hot mess.
After a grueling first week, it's the boys' night off. Jim decides to throw a dinner party, and Marc M. is surprised to learn that his night with Mark W. has become a group affair. Casey tries to be a supportive pal, but ends up with her hands full elsewhere.
Plus, party girl Robin is back... but who does she have her eye on now?
EPISODE FIVE: "Please Be Gentle"

It's so awkward when nobody wants to be on the bottom-- Evaluation Day at the hospital has arrived!
Waiting for their meetings with the Chief, the urology residents stress about being judged in such a cutthroat environment. Mark W. reveals his strategy for success, while Marc M. and Jim start to sense just how much they're competing for. Plus, fellow residents Amy and Eddie each see an opportunity and grab it.
Oh yeah, and somebody's been hiding something pretty huge...
EPISODE SIX: "Bottoms Up"
EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
It's the SEASON FINALE, and these urologists are letting it all hang out.
They've got a night off from work, and the Urology Department's self-proclaimed "Social Secretary" is throwing a house party. Jim offers a surprising take on what he witnessed on Evaluation Day, while Marc M. looks for a way to tell Mark W. about something that's been irritating him. Meanwhile, Eddie pines, Amy snipes, and Casey makes a scene.
Tensions flare, tears are shed, and somebody finally comes clean about what they've been hiding...
